I did this a while back and wanted to ask you guys to see if I did it right. The way I did it was pulled the #1 plug out and turned the crank and when it blew my thumb out, I knew it was TDC. Is that right? I didn't have compression tester at hand so I just did it that way. I used a piece of tape that measured 1.45" if I can remember off the top of my head (I have it written down somewhere). Now after I found TDC, I put the tape on 0* mark on the balancer and then turned the crank till the end of the piece of tape and the tab aligned. Then I used the crank sensor tool and turned the crank sensor until the tool just lit up. Did I do it right? I just wanted to make sure. I have heard alot of guys cam sensor is not done right and makes the car run, but run really bad.
Thanks,
