Bought another GN and was wanting to check it out to see if it on the money.

Is the cam sensor tool that postons, caspers, etc sell worth the money.
Personally I have never set one before.

The plugs in this car are AC 45's and are not worn. I think they are too hot.

I slapped a new O2 sensor and lowered the fuel PSI a couple of pounds. Cleaned the plugs, slapped em back in and started it back up and it has a slight tip in miss and has an erratic stumble that comes and goes as you rev it and hold it.
I adjusted the IAC, TPS and min rpm.

I will decarbonize the engine and piddle with it some more.

Maybe the coil pack, and I will put in some autolite 24's.
Will the cam sensor cause this scenario ??

Thanx

If the car starts and runs the cam sensor's probably set correctly..especially if you haven't changed it and the car ran correctly previously. It's remotely possible that it's 180 degrees out, I suppose.

You can set the cam sensor with just a multimeter, especially if the motor's in and the car has battery power. I like the tool for setting them when the motor's still on the engine stand. For the procedure, go here:

There are a couple of methods of setting the sensor explained (This is the simplest IMO).
