Simple question. Is it possible to replace body bushings with a roll bar in the car?

I dont have a cage nor do I know all the ins and outs of how they are installed, but I do know that they are welded to the frame in most if not all cases and that would be a huge hinderence to lifting the body off the frame, I have done body bushing before and I would think that required height to lift the body ~2-3 inches would be impossible with 3 or more tubes in place per side, the diagonal bars (front and back) would keep the body from traveling upward i would think...sorry....
