Single black/orange wire near brake system????

Hey,

I have a single wire on the driver side near the powermaster/ Vacuum brake. It was not connected to the powermaster before change to vacuum. Color is black with orange tracers. Has a connector in which is a black wire is plugged. This wire ends nowhere.
Does anybody know what for it is?
