My avatar is a scan of the template I am using to make my custom TNX badges. It's hand drawn (as if that needs to be said, LOL) and just one of the bunch I printed that I colored real quick at work with a dry erase marker. Keep in mind this is just a template drawing, not a work of art or finished piece.
I got the templates drawn, sized, and ready to be started. I am going to be claying the letters, gluing them to a balsa backboard and then making a mold. Once the mold is done I will be making them out of an epoxy resin, paint them and then clearcoat it. It would be so much easier to have a decal company make me two decals but I want it to look as close to a factory production level that I can and for people to walk by my car and think to themselves, "a TNX, what the hell is a TNX?"
** a TRX would have been ideal, as a "Turbo Regal X" makes more sense, but Toyota stole my thunder.
