A few months ago I had problems with my tps readings jumping around everywhere untill my ecm went bad. I bought another from Red Regal T and everything was working perfect, including rock solid tps readings. So I concluded it was my ecm going bad the whole time causing the tps readings.

Untill today when I started it up the car was missing bad so I checked the tps and it was at .84!

So here we go again!!!Is it my ecm again? What can I do to keep this from happening again?

Just for the record I think it started the 1st time after a heavy rainfall.
And just so happen we had one here last night. Is this just a cowinkydink?

CORRECTION----!!!

I went out and checked around my ecm and when I pulled it out a few dribbles of water ran off the top where it plugs in.

Is there any saving it.Can I dry it out or is it just shot?

I took the ecm out and took a hair dryer to it and reinstalled it and everything works perfect!

I see the water is coming down my wiring harness into the ecm. What can I do about this?

did you look at the seal arou8nd the heater box? this is a very common place for leaks to form.

drip rails above the doors...factory sealant cracks and seeps at the joints and runs down the pillar.

if it is them the right way is to strip them down to the metal and reseal with body seam sealer auto paint stores have it u can get it in a caulk tube
