Didn't some early Mopars have lug nuts on one side that were the reverse??

Every guy should know the "righty tighty / lefty loosey" phrase! Taught my son that when he was four.:)

I thought it was Oldsmobiles.. Maybe that's why they don't make Oldsmobiles anymore.

My E250 ford van has left hand threads on the left rear wheal studs. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE COLOR OF MY FACE THE FIRST TIME i TRIED TO GET THE WHEEL OFF;)

My power steering cap is lefty tighty, righty loosey... don't know why... anyone else have that?

Yeah I wanted to check it when I first got the car, and I tightened the lid on the F'er so tight. I have to get a pair of channel locks to get it off. I was twisting it and it wans't comming off so I decided to stop and read the cap, and it said to turn the wrong way.

I was pissed because i almost broke it.

Sh!t, I've been turning my nuts the wrong way the whole time.........Fock, no wonder these cars are so hard to tune........

You guys are a trip, LOL !

The ring gear bolts on the POSI are also left hand threads.

I was straining rrrrrggg rrrrrgggg dang, these suckers are on tight..... i'll get the impact.
Before I used the impact I read the write up from gnttype that they were left hand threads.
My bud helping was doubting me and sure enough they were. I should have bet him a tank of gas on it LOL.

I thought of a way to remember this.

The direction you turn the cap off of a beer bottle is the loosening direction. So keep a couple handy incase you get confused.
