I just installed a 3000 stall 9x11 for my pte 44 now on street tires on the highway i tried to build boost the brakes would not hold me.Is this normal,could only build it to 5 lbs before it started to creep thanks John

Check the RPM with a scan tool to ensure you are getting 2600+ RPM out of it.

If the converter is allowing the Turbo to spool, then yes its normal for the brakes not to be able to hold the added Torque back. The Brakes may need some attention.

Or you could try an e brake launch
