Stalling going into reverse

OK just got a brand new street/strip trans put in, with 9.5 vigilante LU 3200 stall, shift kit blah blah all the goodies, when i start the car up everything is fine idle is just right oil psi is right everything good, after it is warmed up i put it into reverse to back out of my garage and she stalls , and she continues to stall unless i give it some pumps of the gas as iam backing out, now i know my chipped was re-burned so i can get more fuel do to the converter, but what else could this be?

i beleive it is your chip or your tps
mine did that until i changed chips
and reset my tps.

It could also be a problem with the new stall you just got. I too recently got a new performance tranny and a 3200 stall that had a defect in it. Something to do with the lock up on it was screwed up and it would stall when you put it in gear.
