Yes I have searched.

How do you adjust it? I have a pressure gauge (one of the cheesy ones on the rail) I would rather not buy a new one.

The regulator is one of the stock looking ones with a little hex screw where the vacuum port is. I guess it limits vacuum to it?

Anyway, when I start the car it is at 40 ish, as it warms up it drops a bit to almost 35.

Should this happen? Should I wait for it to drop and then adjust it back up to 40 or so? Will this raise the "cold" pressure?

I just confused myself!

TIA
Bill

Remove the vacuum hose when check and adjusting. This way you have the atmosphere as a constant instead of fluctuating vacuum. This method is how ALL these posts refer to when adjusting FP. Depending on the chip you have, the general baseline is 45 lbs, vac line off, and tune from there.

The "little hex screw" is the adjustment, and it preloads the spring in the regulator, does NOT limit vacuum (or boost) to the regulator. Generally, if you tighten the screw (righty tighty) it will raise pressure.
