Sticking Gas gauge

My gas guage is sticking and I was wondering if any one out there might know what the fix is? It workes about 80% of the time and when it does work it moves real slow after a fill up

It usually takes mine a day to get to the full mark when it's filled up.

took mine out of the cluster and cleaned it with a electronic cleaner
works better
