Well I had stock injectors and a KB ultimate chip,a couple of my injectors were leaking and it was throwing my blms/int off .no matter what fuel pressure I set the reg. at the ecm always showed a lean condition(high int/blms)Sometimes with good o2's800 or so.Well I changed my injectors to 36#(868's) and used a reds 93 chip for the 36#ers.Now I have the fp set at 44 or so and the boost is at 15 psi and I get some knock as high as 5 in third with o2's around 760.My fuel pressure is high enough and I don't want to turn it up any more,I have tried up to 46 with no change. My blms/int are fine But with 14-15 psi of boost I am getting knock.Does anybody know what the reds93 chip should be capable of boost wise and fuel pressure wise.I wish some one would answer me ,I know that some body must know. Thanks for the help

Using sunoco 94 and the stock injectors with a Reds 93 chip bought used I was able to run 18 psi.

Rarely any hint of knock.

Fuel pressure is 43psi. I think, hose off.

With alky. I was up to 20 psi. but then went with a Reds 100 chip.
Still at 20 psi. :)

Do you run 93 octane gas?I question the quality of pump gas in this part of the country.I'm not convinced that 93 oct. is always 93.Mix a gallon of race gas with whats in your tank to bring the octane up to 95-6(just a guesstimate). That should tell you if your knock is octane related. Not sure about down south but finding good gas up north is a pain in the butt.

You don't need good gas in Maine, the temp doesn't go over 40 deg. :D I was able to run almost 20# on Reds chip. No knock in third gear at all. (my old combo) Sounds like your gas station is doing the old switcharoo 91 for 93  I'd check fuel first.
