Stock intercooler even in the 10s?

I may have asked this before but forgot who has gone the quickest with the stock IC, no Dutt neck. Curious if one has ever been in the 10s

At Bristol in 2000 I went a 11.08 at around 120 with the stock intercooler. I only ported the neck, that's it. Car did have ported heads and cam. It could have gone 10's with a better sixty foot but the spoolup is so slow with the restrictive stock intercooler that the boost is a lot slower getting to it's max as fast as it does with a stretch or a front mount.

At that time

stock short block
224/224 flat tappet cam
72# injectors
ported heads and intake
stock intercooler
PTE TA series turbo, The compressor was a 70mm made to fit in a stock housing with a .63 garrett and P trim
9.5 vigilante converter "0" pump
The runs were made at 30# of boost

The combo was made for a larger intercooler, I just switched exhaust housings and intercooler to run the heads up class TFS at Bristol.
