Strange GN badge on a eBay car

Never saw one like this before! Wonder if this was a factory screw up or just a stupid aftermarket mess...

Jim I believe that thats from an 82 or a Lesabre GN.. I've seen it before tho thats for sure..

It's off an 86 GN Lesabre,they made 112.The intercooled badge is seperate.The 86 GN Lesabre was n/a.

Its from the 86 Lesabre GN.

Yep 86 LeSabre GN. The turbo cars used the two-tone power 6 and the NA cars used the solid red power 6. I would glady trade a set of the correct new emblems for those. Here is a pic of the other NA power 6 emblem used on the 86 Century GS. Notice the solid red power 6.
