Stuck on rim

My pass side front rim is stuck on. Any ideas on how to get it off?

I tried WD-40, a blowtorch to heat it up, and a crow bar, mofo will not move.

I need help!

Can you get the lugs off?

This sounds extreme but works...put on a couple of lug nuts a few treads on...then jack up that wheel..from behind the wheel,give it a few sharp blows where the rim meet the tire with a sledge hammer.....rotate the tire if necessary...the nuts will keeps the wheel from flying off....

Loosen each kugnut 3 turns and just drive it down your driveway and hit the brakes a couple of times, it should come loose.
