stumble/miss at 2200 to 3300 RPMs

ok so i have been chasing a miss i have been having at part throttle. it

driving home today i was a bit less then a 1/4 tank. it seems to happen more when the tank is low. so that makes me think its my FP. would my Walbro be on its way out?
