im just wondering how a t-66 s-trim turbo will fare on a 274" stage motor till i get the funds for a new turbo.....its a street car mainly ,and i plan on stepping up to a gt42/76 b/b when funds allow...but i have all this stuff for my 109 motor that will be just sitting here till i can talk my mom into letting me put it in her t.....lol.. anyways how do u think it will be?

It should work really well.
That S Trim turbine, will match up well with the extra cubic inches.
What kind of power do you want to make?
Jason White is going 8s with 6768, your existing turbo should be good 9s easy.
You just may like what you already have.

You will run it out of compressor very fast on that combo. 75lbs/min and thats it. That will happen at about 18-20 20psi/6200 rpm on that engine. Your engine should easily be good for 100lbs/min@28-30psi/6500rpm. You could have it converted to a T76 till you get a new turbo. At least that will let you make some more hp. Probably 150-200hp more than the 66 compressor will even if you keep the same turbine.
