I have a 1999 Tahoe. When using the AC there is a constant water drip onto the passenger floorboard. It is bad enough that after a few hundred miles the carpet on that side is soaked. When the door is open water will actually drip out. I cannot find any hose or drain tube down there o in the engine bay. THe drip is coming from a black piece of plastic that covers the blower. I have also seen water drip from the engine bay where the AC line go through the bulkhead into the cabin.

Any ideas where to look for a drain hose or what?

i had a 99 suburban that did the same thing,it was the drain line,it was semi clogged.take it off and clean it out

I cannot find the darnthing

Me either! Try pulling the lower cover on the inside passenger floor area, that should let you see it though. If you have rear air, pull the pass. cover and clean it, mine soaked the rear cargo area.

mine had a little nipple just under the firewall on the passenger side, lucky enough my was not clogged so bad that it wouldn't drip, just start it up turn the ac on and look for the drips to find the drain

The A/C evaporator drain is clogged. Blow out the drain with compressed air from under the vehicle. I used to see a dozen cars come into my shop every summer with this problem.
