I rarely ever complain, but if you deal with Tamraz's Parts, you do so at a great risk for loss of cash, feedback, and general well being.
I ordered a rear valence, got crap delivered to me, I called to return it and then was told that I shouldn't have a problem because no one else ever had a problem with the quality.
After 5 days and numerous hours of phone tag and being put on hold, and waiting for one of the many people to get back from lunch or to return my calls, I sent it back via UPS where the attendant even had me open to pack it even more securely.
After it was tracked by me and found to have been signed for, I contacted them to ask about my refund. I was told it had been issued and went out in the mail that day.
A week later, it still hadn't arrived, and when I called them, they said it had arrived damaged. I said that couldn't be because the ups guy had even packed it more securely. She told me I was a liar and that I would have to file a claim with UPS.
I proceeded to tell her that I should take a flight to their place just to shove my foot up her ass and that's when I was suddenly disconnected.
I told UPS that they were full of **** and that the package was kicked around at their warehouse for 3 days before they called UPS about damage to it.
UPS had obviously dealt with them before and just paid the claim.
The total $$ lost by me in dealing with them... $65 shipping and 4 weeks of headaches.
You would have to be a complete idiot to read their feedback and still do business with them people. Caveat emptor. The lowest price is usually not going to be the best deal.
Bottom line, they lie, cheat and steal. In general, they suck big time.
