Does anyone know the length and size of the Four bolts which secure the THDP to the turbine housing? I need to order four of them in stainless.

And exactly what size allen wrench are you supposed to use?

I would think the originals are in brass (or whatever they are) so they don't rust?

M8x30, in stainless. A2 is 304 and A4 is 316 - get A4 if you can. I ordered some from www.mcmaster.com, along with some ultra high temp rated antiseize (nickel based). A4 grade were over $1 each. They need a 6 mm hex key.

What lenght and thread pattern? and diaminter?

thx for guy whole is completly boltless

Hey Sal....

Unless that turbo is brand new u might want to by a tap and run it thru the threads on the turbo. Rust will build up in two of the 4 holes and will tear up the threads on ur new bolts when u try to tighten them all the way down. Tap em, then antiseeze the crap out of em.

M8 diameter, 1.25 mm thread pitch, 30 mm long, socket head cap screw in A4 (316) stainless steel.

The shorthand vernacular is DIN 912, A4, M8x30.

I forget if they have a minimum or not, but if not, www.brikksen.com is cheaper than www.mcmaster.com.
