The correct way to fix the drivers side header?

I heard that someone up north said they knew the right way to fixed a cracked header that aways seems to happen on the drives side. As for mine it is really driving me crazy, all I hear is the tic tic tic,.. I thought I fixed it good. I was very careful and all buffed everything out, and drilled the end of every crack. I only want to pull this one more time. Postons does not sell singles So will the great master please reveal himself. I Can tig, mig stainless steel and mild steel , so that would not be a problem. What would really be great is if I could do an exchange. LOL for a fixed one.
