My BLM problem seems to be getting closer to a conclusion. I now have the BLM's down to about ~142 at idle, but every once in awhile they'll shoot up to 150, then slowly back down to 142.

But while I was driving today my car decided it just didn't want to run any more. It cut off while I was pulling into a parking lot and would not restart. It cranks just fine, and sounds like it wants to fire, but nothing happens. I've heard of this type of thing happening after the car had sat for awhile, but not while it was running. I'm trying to find time to check and see if it's getting spark and fuel. Can anyone offer an preliminary suggestions?

No offense intended here, but...is there gas in it? ;) Is the gauge reading correctly?

Check out the No-Start diagnosis on GNTType.org here. Good luck.

check is there spark. if not, is suspect a faulty ignition module. same thing happened to me and that fixed it also check your crank sensor as described before

Check your grounds! Especially the one on the firewall. Loosen, clean and reattatch.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'll have a chance to look at the car tomorrow so I get back to you with anything I discover

Had the "gas problem" happen to me....called the wrecker and everything. Yeah..... :D
