Tonight I attempted to set my IAC and then TPS and found a problem. I noticed the rolled pin on the TPS side of the throttle body was bent upwards. Then I noticed when I adjusted the IAC screw to get the number below 40 (couldn't do it) a gap appeared between the end of the screw and the throttle stop... If I tried to force the throttle stop to meet the IAC screw (you guessed it) the rolled pin would bend even further. How could the IAC and TPS mechanical ranges be so far out of whack? Suggestions?
