Hay Guys
Made it up to the dyno shop again. Thought I might have fixed my problem. Of coarse I didn’t. While I was at the shop we looked at all different stuff. One thing that is way off is the TPS. We tested it with a digital volt meter. At the idle spot it was at 1.38 and at wide open it would only go up to 3.5. We tried to adjust it be we couldn’t get it to go down any lower than 1.30 or so, and it wouldn’t go higher than 3.8. We took it off and moved it by hand both ways and it still wouldn’t go any lower or higher. They told me to go get a new one to try, but the new one did the same exact thing. Does any one no why I cant get the volts to go lower than that , and why they wont go higher than 3.8. We checked to se if I had the right amount going to the TSP, it was at 5.02. THX FOR THE HELP.

It sounds like you're not checking the TPS volts the right way. Not sure how you were connected, but I think if you actually have an idle reading of 1.3, the car will run about 30 miles/hr with your foot off the gas. Check the TPS procedure, wherever it is now, and make sure you had the right pair of wires. With the TPS removed from the throttle body, it will absolutely go to 5, or whatever the input is. Nothing magic inside it, it's just a variable resistor, and at one extreme, it is "off", at the other it is "on", so when it's not on the throttle body, it should range from "0" to full voltage.
