TR mechanic????

Looking for someone in the state of Kansas that might be interested in helping me get my GN to run to its full potential. I dont have a scan tool, (I know I know thats what I should have). The car had 3k on the overhaul when I bought it and I have only put 3k on it in 6 yrs. Dont need the expense of hauling it a huge distance for something that someone local might be able to help with. Any help is greatly appreciated.
