trade MSD DIS4 for BGC stretch IC?

Hey guys,
My car has all of the mods listed below, and I currently have a local guy that wants to trade my complete MSD DIS4 assembly for his BGC 23 row stock location stretch IC. I heard a few things about this piece not being needed unless for race purposes. I may take my car to the track a few times just to see what it'll do, but it's mainly going to be my driver. What can you guys tell me about these IC's? Let me know what you think

The worst part is that the swaybar has to go. If your going to be driving this car a lot on the street, then I would stay away from it. I have one on my car, and it's my daily driver. You get used to it, but it sucks w/o a swaybar.

You can keep the sway bar on, I had one before and all you have to do is notch the IC and scoop with a little grinding...no big deal.

I've been running this inner cooler for years and love it. Your car is not fast enough to need the MSD DIS4. Your car will benefit more with this IC than the MSD box. Just my 02.

Well it looks like I'm going to be making that deal if i can keep my sway bar and all that good stuff. He said the front cover of it needs repaired or replaced, I can't remember exactly what was wrong. This is a part from one of the more notable members Postal so I don't think I should have any problem.
