Where and who makes a good trans brake that doesn't tear up stuff lol. Thanks Daniel Ray

If you're running a 200-r4, skip the t-brake. The StageRight hydraulic brake doesn't work well and is very inconsistent on launch. I would recommend going with a 9" non-lock converter with a higher stall (3000-3300).

Why would I recommend that? The higher stall makes it easy to stage the car and spool up in time for a launch. You can do this on the footbrake with improved rear brake cylinder and an adjustable prop valve. Your 60' times will improve.

The car will be consistent and predictable. It will kill some of the driveability and you'll give up some MPG, but it will be fun to drive.

Dave, I am running a pats 3500 lockup in it now. My back brakes won't hold anything at all unless I am on the E brake. Might just have to upgrade them and see what happens. Thanks Daniel Ray

There could be several reasons your rear brakes don't hold.
glazed drums/shoes
not using a line lock for burnouts! (ANY heat built up in the rear drums during a burnout for example, will render them pretty much useless)
metalic shoes
vacuum brake conversions
etc.
