Trying to figure out which maf I have

I dont have the box, all I have is the MAF with a barcode on top and a long string of number?

will this tell me what MAF i have?

Does it say "AC" anywhere? Got a picture? Is the connector pointed 90* off the MAF cylinder?

It looks like an LT1 MAF (Impala) to me. Post it on www.t6p.com and people can chime in.
