I was reading up on the noise that happens when you let up off of the gas, and I think you all called it "turbo flutter"....I haven't seen my GN yet, since my father just bought it back home in Minnesota while I'm in Wyoming at school, but I do remember driving the car before (it was my dad's friend's car) and the so-called turbo flutter was really loud and I thought I broke something! Is there any way that you could make it quieter or something or do you pretty much have to get used to it and deal with it?

the flutter is called compessor surge.
It happens when you lift off the throttle under boost. The throttle plate closes and the boost psi builds up between the plate and the turbo and puts extra stress on the turbo. You can install a blow off valve and that will equalize the surge.
I like the Blitz super sound blow off valve
Check out www.blitz-na.com
They are sweet and their sound is unrivaled

they all make that noise, it is a bit annoying but you get used to it, letting off the throttle slowely makes it a little bit quieter but there really isn't much that can be done about it, other than a blow off valve, and theres no point in having one, its just a waste of money unless you like the ricer sound. but it is a notmal noise and i would be more worried if i didn't hear it, so just learn to live with it.

It's really only the ricer sound when has been applied to rice car procedures like 'Clipse or dat Cibic, aa'ight. :D
