turbo saver question

OK, I have searched and searched and read and read. I still don't know.

The difference between the PTE turbo saver and the remote oil filter relocation kit from summit is that the PTE kit puts the filter BEFORE the turbo. Correct?

The PTE has you plug the normal oil supply for the turbo that comes from the block; where the oil pressure sender is located.

PTE remote filter has a seperate line that supplies oil to the turbo off the oil return side of the remote filter adapter.

You could rig up a seperate oil line off the Summit remote filter and plug the normal oil supply from the block, then it would be similar to PTE.
