Hey guys -- checked the line off FP today -- and was surprise to see it creeped back up to 50. It was at 50 -- I had the car in the shop to have the intake seals replaced. Told the mechanic the line off FP was too high.. got the car back and it was at 43. Thought he did it. Maybe not. Did the runs I wrote about before -- car falling all over itself. CHecked the line off pressure and it was 50 again. So, I turned it down to about 45.. and the car seems to be a bit better.. but, not right yet. Could this flucation be happening at the pump? Could the regulator be bad?

what 'cha think?

Swap the Fuel Pressure gauge, and see if you get the same readings.

Thanks

thanks a lot for your help. I dropped the FP... and went with the smaller nozzle. Running much better.. but, not all the way there. Gonna check out the pump.. and the wiring. Hey, do you do TLink? Could I send you a couple of *.ecm files for perusal?

Nope. I'm not a Turbolink user. :) I just use EGT, Scanmaster and knock sensor.

I'm sure there are others who would be glad to help you out with your Turbolink file.

I just realized that you're the same guy that is unsure what fuel pump he's running. Did you check if the pump is hotwired? If not, check it. Buy/borrow a fuel pressure gauge and see if FP increases with boost. Do that first.
