My wife is teaching a class in Austin this Thursday through Sunday so me and my youngest son(15) are tagging along. Heading to Corpus Christi for a couple of days after that and then San Antonio for a day or 2.

Where do the locals eat?

Must see places in each location, or on the way?

Lets hear what you got...

Thanks
Bryan

I've heard Salt Lick BBQ is a must in that area. Never been myself but next time we get down south I will cross it off the list.

Pm me when you do, I'm local

Will do.
Probably wont have any real free time, wife and kid will be there. I think we are hitting the Lexington museum and the beach.

Been to Corpus, the Lexington is cool you'll like that. The beaches are so so of course I've been to Mexico a couple of times so I am spoiled. Seafood should be good just about anywhere.

Me and my wife visited a steak house there local it wasn't far from the Lexington but i don't remember the name of it. The restaurant is memorable for the call I received from my son. "Dad Hi I took your GN out to wash and clean it up and when I was coming home one of the T tops flew off"

I don't know if it's corpus or mustang island, but I'd recommend Moby Dick's seafood for sure.
