valvespring replacement

Hey guys i am probably gonna do this anyway, but I wanted to ask for some input first. As it says in my sig., I have an ATR 208/201 cam that has more lift than stock, though not a ton. Should I do the valvespring change or will stiffer springs just wear this particular cam prematurely? Will LT1 springs or cc980s be good for this cam? TIA.

i just recently bought some after some careful thought

I ran the lt1 springs at 90lbs, i put them in at the same time as the cam and had no problems, but they say you should use your stock spring to brake the cam in .
