very late 2-3 shift when cruising - okay at wot

Is there any way to lower my 2-3 shift when just cruising? It's annoying as heck having to get the car over 35mph just to get it to go to 3rd. At full throttle it's great. I just don't drive around at full throttle all the time! If the shift point is altered at the low RPM range, will it affect the WOT 2-3 shift? It's a PTS "killer competition" 2004R.

sorry to hear he is not well...maybe try taking one click out of the TV cable?

Had similar issue and always had to pull a click or two out for his trans. It fixed it on mine.
