Washing car with soft water

As I was pouring a bag of salt into the household water softener, a thought occurred to me. Is it a bad thing to wash a car with soft water due to the salt content? I normally turn mine off, but I was just curious.

the salt doesnt enter the water, it is used in the brine solution to help remove other contaminants
