Water Leak Question

I have a water leak in the passenger side of my 87 GN. I think i know what i need to do to fix it and i remember seeing a website that had pictures of how to fix it. I am wondering if anyone has the link to this website or one similar. I believe it was a site for G-Bodies. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, does anyone have any suggestions on taking up the carpet on the passenger side?
