Water shields?

does anyone reproduce these? There’s one on each side. It’s thin plastic material.

Those shields cover up the top cowl, to side cowl seam. This was gm s fix for water leaks back in the day. When the cars were transported to the dealer, the drivers often tied the cars down too tight breaking the seam and seam sealer. I repaired many cowl water leaks.. gm came up with this band aid The plastic covered up this area, and diverted water away from this seam.. btw sorry do not know who may re-pop those covers..
 
OK thanks, if they're not original, I won't worry about it. I'm painting my 85 and it doesn't have them.
 
no just simple rectangle shapped heavy plastic sheet , id say its like 10mil
 
I also made my own. I used a heavy black PVC type sheething used by bricklayers over steel lintels.

I double-stuck taped it in place and extended it a little further out into the cowl area. And also up and under the cowl lower windshield trim and over the door fender to door seam.
