weird grease on turbo outlet

yesterday i was measuring my turbo so i could have a ruff estimate on how to draw it... and when i was measuring the outlet of the turbo (or whatever you want to call the end of the turbo that connects into the intercooler...) and there was a slimy greyish colored grease on the bottom side of it.. i felt around the area and there was a good amonut of it.. the best describstion i can give is that it almost looks like dirty white grease...

anyone know where this could have come from?

hope it isnt bad, sounds like your describing what i found in my stocker, aluminum dust mixed with oil, looks like something you fin in the tranny pan of a tired trans

Check your compressor wheels for play and or damage. I looked at my stocker recently, and there was some anti-seize looking paste on the inlet.
It has lots of play........
Mmmm....just got the pte54 though.
