WG solenoid

I am trying to hook it back up now. I have the boosted line going to the port closest to the driver's side fender. The other port is used for?? It doesn't go to the vacuum block, does it??

I had a air pressure regluator hooked up, bleeding off boost before the wastegate. Works great up to about 15# of boost then the slightest little turn of the nob and she is up over 20#. So, I just want to go back to running the stock solenoid and using the adj. WG arm until I can purchase a nice boost controller.

One of the ports remains open(no line attached). I'm using one of RJC's controllers. Works great!

So one of the ports on the wastegate solenoid(located on the drivers side valve cover) stays open? Cool that is how I have it....seems to be working. Thanks, Nick.

Yes- The open one just vents to the atmosphere.

The other port just vents, it's supposed to have a foam filter on it, but they deteriorate with heat and most fall off.
