I linked as thumbnails, b/c the original photo are large, click for more details.

So, I have two questions:

Is this the original fuel pressure regulator?

And WTF are these!?
They were in my trunk.
Is this a suspension part or something?
Or just junk the previous owner didn't clear out?

First one is definitely a stock fuel pressure regulator. Its either that or a TTA unit. Im not sure. Mine didnt even stay on a day after I bought my car.

I have no idea what the second picture is...

Cool, thanks x2

The 2nd picture looks like door hinge roller guides?

Theyre pretty big, so can't be a door part.
Almost a foot long, very heavy.
Maybe it's just garbage?
Thought it might have been off the suspension or something...

That is what I was going to suggest, when I clicked on the pic, it didn't show up any larger. So...I'm not sure either???

here it is in full size:
what you see on the screen with the photo original size, the piece is close to it's actual size, give or take an inch.

Those are Stop Hop bars. They take the place of the upper control arm bushings on the diff and raise the rear portion of the bar to bring your "instant center" back. Gives more traction. Makes the tires plant and lift the body instead of body dropping over differential when launching the car.

The 233 regulator is the stock number but look inside where the vacuum line attaches and see if there is a screw for adjustment. If there is a screw, someone made it adjustable. Another trick was to install the 237 regulator from a frontwheel drive car which bumped pressure up a few more psi over the 233.

+1 I had a set of those on a car years ago. They improve the geometry of the rear suspension to help "plant" the tires. :)

Does not look like anything off a turbobuick to me.

and I think they came off Russian " MIRR " Space Station junk that fell off the sky ,you can see re-entry temps causing paint to discolor in the BIG picture , what you ALL think about THAT ? ...anyway , I still like Bush ....beer that is

I was going to go somewhere else with the "Bush" comment but I know that there are kids on here sometimes and thought it best to keep my stinkin' trap shut. ;) I was also going to suggest parts from the old Skylab that crashed way back when. :D

seriously ,if I bought a Gn and found something like that in my trunk I would ask the same question ...WTF are these ? , then I would park my car across the street by my neighbors house , the ones that I really hate and then posted the question here and wait .......and then after I found out that they are harmless GN suspension parts I would bring my car home pop the trunk and another beer with no fear  ,this board is grate ,isn't it ?;)

Are you guys really sure it's not a combination male/female torture thingy from the mid-most Medieval period??

I think that is where they originated but engineers found they fit the rear suspension of the G-body just perfect and did the job of what we were looking for in launching our cars.

Anchors Away

Those are Catagory 7 Hurricane anchors for the Oil Plat forms in the Gulf of Mexico, But they do work well on G Body Oldsmobiles...

That would explain the spots of rust showing up on portions of the arms.
