I was looking at a girlfrend New York Time`s news paper and in the automobile section show a line graph. On the top say "TRENDY".......Bottom say "STODGY". At the bottom (very last auto maker) "BUICK CAR"

WHAT THE HELL?.

at the top is SCION,VW,JEEP,VW TRUCK (WHAT!),MINI, HYUNDAI TRUCK (WHAT!).

Sweet, that means 14 year old kids will be out stealing scions and not 1987 buicks, that rules in my book!

WTF?? they both look like bricks....eerrr what the hell?

I own a scion xb as a work vehicle and it's actually a pretty cool little ride. 30-35 mpg. I thought about mounting some fake toast sticking out of the top and put "worlds fastest toaster" on the back. They are fun to drive even though they don't have much power. I would have to say that I would rather it be stolen than my buicks though.

Hi,
Comeon, The Regal doesn't look like a brick, it just drives like one, especially over 100.I love the cars though...

Dentmaster....I actually thought of mounting toast sticking out of the tops of ones around the neighborhood!

GM has been marketing Buicks to the bluehaired crowd for years. It's not too surprising that they're regarded as "stodgy". When you think about it, it's pretty amazing that back in the 80s they were even allowed to build a car that could perform as well as our cars do, much less whip Corvettes in the stoplight wars.
