What does this plug go to

i found this plug laying under neath the dash on the right side of the steering column. Is it for the brakes. My car is converted to vacuum brakes.

Picture is a little fuzzy! Looks like it's the connector that goes to the cruise control module.

thats probley why my cruise control never worked. Where is this cruise control module

If memory serves me right, it's mounted on a bracket just above the steering column a little to the right of the column.

I almost thought it was the ALDL, but there are no screw holes on the sides..

sorry i can't get a good pic. its too dark. it has a 11 wires on it and i have been doin some research on this cruise control module and i don't have one above the brake pedal. there is a place for one but nothin there.
