i was driving home the other day from work and when i got close to home i decided to do a nice burnout. well it wasnt that nice i didnt push it as hard as i normaly do. it was going for a few seconds and the boost was around 15 to 16 with 100 octaine in the tank then i herd a pop as if the inter cooler tube had blown off. and the car died. I shut it off and looked under the hood. I didnt see anything out of the ordnary but when i tryed to start the car again i notced that my dam alarm had had reset its self and killed the the engine. i turned the alarm off again and tryed to start it. It ran for a second then it backfired and quit. I checked the plugs and they were fouled up badly I changed out the plugs but i havent started it yet. I am wondering what else could have happened to the engine if it was runnung hard and all of the sudden you lost the spark?

If just the spark went out it will probably be ok.Fuel going out would have made a difference though.
