I went to 2 different auto part stores for a fel pro intake gasket #Ms-96033 with the blue teflon coating , witch are now just the regular stamp steel ones minus the coating ... Do i have the wrong number or what? Anyone have any in put on this issue? Thanks

Intake Manifold Set [Replaces #12328760] MS96033 intake manifold #96033, end seals #90911

I just went out to the garage and opened my intake set and found the same metal valley pan. I had purchased one about 3 months ago and it was the blue coated one. Same part # both times. ????????????, Phil.

I used to sell FelPro and the MS96033 was always just a stamped steel tray. I guess it's possible that they changed it and now changed it back, but I wouldn't think so. They are Chapter 11 though!

The felpro blue intake gasket number was changed to MS96033PB. Don't know why, but they added the PB. I just picked one up today at Autozone.

I bought one this time last year and it was blue coated.I specifically bought it because I prefer it to the regular steel one.

yes it is .This gasket is good for high boost. It has a permatex coating instead of the stamp steel gasket that is metal against metal ...
