Which are better, SSM's, or Metco's style?

More specifically the style of the "lift bars" or "stock" style billet boxed?

Would like to here about combinations of suspension set ups that ave netted from 1.40's to 1.50's 60' times. I know that TC will have alot to do with it too, but I am deciding on which route to take with the rear set-up now. T.I.A.

Just my opinion, but strip only, SSMs. Any street duty, anything from boxed stock up to Metcos.

1.40 60's are about horsepower not the type of control arms you are running. ;)

BTW, don't forget to check out H&R parts units.

metco did me right this week so i gotta say that they are a great company to deal with, im floored how well they did me right-

ive seen friends box the stock uppers and lowers, add some lakewood no hop bars "lift bars" and run consistant 1.51 - 1.58 sixty foots
and with the no hop bars, you dont need airbags :)

my buddy explained the lift bars to me how they work was, the force that it takes to lift the body up is equal to the force put down to the tires-

so, if you were to pick up a 100 lb object, then you are forcing that same 100LBS to you feet = traction

DC TECH may be able to help you find some bushings to use with the no hop bars available from LAKEWOOD-

email me if you have any more questions
