Who sells new ecm's?

I am getting code 13 and 22 now. There is a new O2 with maybe 1k miles on it. I have tried 3 tps sensors and have went through many IAC resets. I think I have a bad ecm. Where can I get a resonable priced new ecm?

ATR sells new ECMs (my dad bought one from them about a month ago).... If my memory serves me correct the ECM itself is $160 from them and then you have to buy the Chip-Cal pak which is sold separately for $16.... Figure with tax and shipping it's around $190-$200....
