windows goig upvery slow

the window in my car go up very slow, any ideas???Help

The motors aren't getting full power or are simply old and crusty. There used to be a hot wire kit, much like what you can do for the fuel pump where the motors get more juice (Kirbans I believe). I replaced my motor on the driver side with one from NAPA and it goes up and down much faster than the old original one. It is a PITA to replace the first time you do it too. Not fun.
