Wiring diagram for DBL pumpers

I need a diagram or something that tells me which wire goes were on wiring up duel Atr or reds setup. I have a hobb switch thats connected to a 20 or 30 amp fuse block and it has one wire that looks like a ground and the other to the alt or battery? Do I wire it to the alt or battery?
and which wire goes to the pumps? I'm confused
