WOT "buzz"

Everything looks good on Turbolink, but WOT produces very odd engine performance. Kind of like there's a buzz and loss of power. alcy injection, 30% xylene, 19-21psi of boost, 0 knock, O2s in the 780-800 range.. I replaced the plugs (NGK UR5s) and ohmed the coil pack--every pair was at 11.45 or 11.46. Any higher boost and the engine will pop and miss.

sounds like some kind of leak...vacuum, intake, doghouse, etc...what have you had undone recently?
