I placed an order back in April for a new set of visors. Sent my lighted pass side visor in as a core to get redone.
Called a few weeks later and was told that they were trying to find another company to do the work. So I waited a bit. Called back in June same thing so I figure I wait some more. Finnally Messaged Brian on here and he apoligized for the hold up and I told him since they did not have a company to redo the lighted visor if they could send it back to me. I told him I would take a driverside visor, Asked if he could cut me a break on either the shipping or item price. Well safe to say I got the original lighted visor back with a new Driverside visor
w/ wait for it .............No Charge!! I did not expect it or ask for a free item back but as the gesture was done
I am writing this as a THANK YOU. I can't think of any other company that I've dealt with over the phone or through email that would respond accordingly.
